Efficiently scheduling, managing and prioritizing field visits for clients

Responsibilities:

  • Considering "Right ticket, Right Resource" and proximity when scheduling technicians for site visits
  • Scheduling meetings internally and externally and booking meeting rooms
  • Providing clients with clear, concise communication regarding appointments and field visits
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations for field technicians by coordinating travel arrangements, including booking cars, and ensuring equipment and materials are prepared ahead of time
  • Adapt to time-sensitive and moving deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spot Checking service boards to ensure the MSP Bots tool is working, and provide intervention and feedback when issues are found
Requirements
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School diploma
