Construction Field Support Specialist

Position Overview
As the on-the-ground connection between the company, field employees, and clients, the Field Support Specialist ensures success new hire starts at the job site. In this role, you'll travel regularly to customer job sites across the U.S. to manage new hire onboarding, safety, compliance, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and experienced in employee relations, new hire onboarding, tradespeople credentials/certifications, job site safety, and client relationship management. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that plays a critical role in ensuring smooth field operations, workforce readiness, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary field liaison between company operations, field employees, and customer contacts.
- Travel frequently (up to 75%) to job sites to assist with onboarding and time-tracking.
- Conduct safety orientations/check-ins, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Communicate with field employees and act as the first line of support.
- Monitor jobsite needs and proactively escalate issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of field or staffing issues.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in construction, field operations/support, or project coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety compliance; OSHA certification preferred.
- Experience with employee onboarding, workforce compliance, and client support in a field or project environment.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills — able to connect with craft employees, field supervisors, and clients.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, site-based environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Open to upwards of 75% travel monthly.
