Our Boston agency is looking for an Account Supervisor for an immediate hire for a three month contract. Previous experience working with ad agencies, ideally for 3+ years, are a must for this role. HIV therapeutic experience a plus, and digital savvy and can-do attitude a must for this role

  • Lead diligences and engagements to uncover client pain points across several agency accounts while partnering closely with the Project Managment team
  • Lead ideation to mitigate and address pressing client requests
  • Analyze data and research to provide strategic insights to support sustained growth
  • Scope new opportunities across clients, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Partner with product, tech, operations, marketing, legal, and many other cross-functional teams to measure the impact & efficiency of business initiatives
  • Build executive-ready materials and work cross-functionally with business partners
  • Manage and mentor/coach project manager(s) and/or associate project manager(s)
  • Coordinate and lead the team during weekly internal status meetings
  • Partner with the creative resource manager for resource needs, timing and allocation expectations
  • Prepare for and schedule all internal meetings while providing goals and objectives pre-meeting and clear and actionable next steps post-meeting
  • Onboard and train new team members
  • Understand and advocate for the workflow process, and each team member's role and responsibility within the workflows
  • Lead the online routing of projects, while ensuring quality assurance at each step
  • Maintain the daily tasks for department and communicate closely with Account
  • Provide constant communication in person, via email, Slack or phone:
  • Advocate for the team while monitoring delivery dates
  • Provide alternative solutions to ensure project stays on track
  • Participation in statement of work (SOW) development
  • Research process and industry practices
  • Identify and share best practices
  • Liaise with clients and vendor partners
