Job Description:

This person will contribute to the company's success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products

Essential Functions:

Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies.Follows an engineered assembly process.Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels.Train and mentor other assemblers when required.Working in multi-functional teams.Touch up and Rework of electronics boards.Previous assembly experience & skillsStrong mechanical backgroundHarris product knowledgeMicrosoft Office programs experienceWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environmentCapable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing skillsIPC 7711 certification

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior assembly experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior assembly experience

Time Management skills.Problem solving skills.Self-motivated individual.Leadership qualities.Advanced communication skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $ $36.06.
