About The Role
Are you an event planning superstar with a knack for logistics? We're on the hunt for a
Senior Event Planner
to take charge of our high-stakes meetings and conferences in lively New York City As our go-to expert, you'll lead complex programs and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Bring your creativity and organization skills as we create unforgettable experiences together

You're Good At

  • Managing complex meetings and conferences with 1500+ participants across multiple venues.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring top-notch service.
  • Balancing multiple projects and deadlines with ease and precision.
  • Implementing best practices to enhance client engagements and program outcomes.
  • Creating and managing budgets, and handling financial and compliance requirements flawlessly.

You Might Also Have

  • A college degree alongside 5+ years of meeting management experience.
  • Expertise in sourcing and negotiating with vendors to get the best deals.
  • A background in the financial industry or international event planning.
  • Familiarity with Cvent and video-conferencing platforms (like Teams, Webex, Zoom).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, ready to inspire your team

You Should Know
This role is primarily onsite in New York, NY, requiring at least 4 days per week in our vibrant office, with potential travel up to 30% as needed.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Program Manager (Senior Event Planner)
is between $80,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
