Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Springtime School (Full-Time)
Potential Inc.'s Senior Behavior Analyst will provide oversight of behavioral programs and staff to ensure highly effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, supportive learning environments tailored to the needs of students with diverse learning abilities, including autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role includes supporting paraprofessionals, teachers, parents, and other related services.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision to Behavior Specialists, BCBAs, and BCBA trainees in the delivery of ABA services.
- Oversee development and implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans and Skill-Based Treatment.
- Manage a small caseload of Tier 2/3 students and support intake evaluations for potential new students.
- Assist with hiring, staffing needs, and overall planning for the school behavior department.
- Deliver training and oversight for Safety/Crisis Management across departments.
- Participate in and lead interdisciplinary meetings, including administrative planning, case conferences, and discharge planning.
- Supervise staff training, program evaluation, treatment integrity, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the IEP process, including attendance, goal development, and quarterly progress reporting.
- Provide Behavior Skills Training (BST) to paraprofessionals, RBTs, Behavior Specialists, BCBAs, teachers, and related providers.
- Support the RBT Coordinator with RBT supervision and training systems.
- Develop ABA- and trauma-informed professional development opportunities for school staff.
- Monitor progress, KPIs, and clinical quality metrics.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong leadership through reliability, professionalism, and active engagement in supervision and client-related meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and evaluate behavior interventions.
- Advanced interpersonal skills to foster teamwork, manage conflict, and build relationships with internal and external student support teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet-based applications, and industry-specific software.
- Knowledge of current treatment options and issues related to autism spectrum disorders and the special education community and compassionate care including Skill Based Treatment and Universal Protocols
- Ability to provide strong supervision and hold difficult conversation
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Adaptability/flexibility with cases, staff, and organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required (must be maintained)
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and current issues in special education
- Experience using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essentials for Living, or similar systems
- 3+ years of experience with assessing and treating severe problem behavior.
- 3+ years of BCBA experience and managerial/ supervisory experience.
