Job Description

Great Hands Divine Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to clients in the High Point and surrounding areas. We are hiring PCA, CNA, LPN, and RN staff to support clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personal care.

Responsibilities

Caregivers may assist clients with:

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care)
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Ambulation, transfers, and mobility assistance
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Companionship and supervision
  • Light housekeeping (laundry, bed-making, tidying)
  • Monitoring client condition and reporting changes
  • Following individualized Plan of Care (POC)
  • Accurate documentation using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and timesheets

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • PCA, CNA, LPN, or RN certification (role dependent)
  • CNA candidates must be listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
  • Minimum 6–12 months caregiving experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions
  • Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and assist clients safely
  • Must pass background check and meet agency requirements
  • Reliable transportation preferred

Schedule & Employment Type

  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available
