The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of commercial construction experience
preferably with an ENR GC company, and a passion for leading and influencing a business operationally. If your strengths are systems, processes, construction operations, field leadership, project delivery, and you are ready for a senior advisory role rather than running a single large project - this role is for you.

Compensation:
$250,000–$300,000 base, a performance-based bonus or incentive plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company contribution, relocation assistance if needed, and long-term career growth with executive-level stability.
