Ponderosa Heating is a trusted, locally owned residential HVAC company expanding our plumbing services. We are looking for a skilled Residential Plumber who takes pride in quality work, values customer service, and wants steady, long-term employment with a growing company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixtures, piping, water heaters)
• Install and replace residential plumbing systems and components
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, options, and pricing
• Maintain clean, professional work areas in customer homes
• Complete job documentation accurately using company software
• Work closely with dispatch, office staff, and HVAC technicians

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by state/local regulations)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional, customer-first attitude

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with water heater installation (tank & tankless)
• Residential service company experience
• Familiarity with flat-rate pricing models
