Margaritaville is seeking fun, energetic Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented and takes pride in providing a sparkling clean room for our guests. Key Responsibilities include:

Cart Organization and Maintenance:

• Load and organize the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies and amenities.
• Keep the cart clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the shift to ensure efficiency and readiness.

Room Servicing/Cleaning:

• Clean and service assigned rooms to established standards in a timely manner.
• Tasks include changing linens, preparing beds, cleaning and organizing bathrooms, picking up trash, and refreshing guest amenities.

Floor Maintenance:

• Vacuum floors and change sheets to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms.
• Restock or replace all room and bath amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.

Guest Interaction and Satisfaction:

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests promptly and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with guests, co-workers, and supervisors to address any concerns or special requests.

Damage and Maintenance Reporting:

• Report any damage or mechanical issues in the resort and guest rooms to maintenance or management for prompt resolution.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow proper safety practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

Lost and Found Procedures:

• Follow proper lost and found procedures to document and return any lost items to guests in accordance with company policies.

Additional Tasks:

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation and cleanliness of the resort.

What you will bring:

• Candidates must be permitted to work in the USA with supporting documentation.
• Previous experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to communicate with guests providing friendly guest services with a smile.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight (maximum of 50 lbs.).
