Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting client trainings when required, and managing sales strategies for enhancing revenue growth. A proactive and strategic approach to sales will be critical to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively convey value to clients
  • Customer service and relationship management skills to provide a positive client experience
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Experience in training clients or team members to ensure effective adoption of solutions
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a good understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
