Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER for our apartment community,Alanza Brook in Houston, TX

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred   
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills required   
  • Organized with high level of attention to detail   
  • Weekends may be required
