Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks within the HR department, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Assist in organizing company events such as lunches and cultural events.
- Interact with vendors to gather quotes on products when necessary.
- Perform other miscellaneous office responsibilities as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in an administrative setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in onboarding or recruiting is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP software.
- Event planning experience.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is primarily office-based, but occasional visits to the manufacturing floor are required. The dress code is business casual, with pants required when on the manufacturing floor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $25.00/hr.
