What You'll Do:

  • Handle parent inquiries via calls, emails, and texts (~40 per day).
  • Conduct student assessments and introduce families to Mathnasium's programs.
  • Collaborate with instructors to create tailored learning plans.
  • Oversee staff, scheduling, and center operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked learning environment.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new students.
  • Address parent concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare reports and present updates to key stakeholders.

  • You are extremely reliable and believe in systems strongly
  • Outgoing, positive, and adaptable—you thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Highly organized with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working 4–6 days a week, including weekends.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office/GSuite/Canva skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site role in San Francisco, CA. While we can work with your preferred hours, your schedule must align with center operations, and you must have availability to work on weekends.
