As a Crew Member at Jamba Juice, you're not just making smoothies — you're serving up smiles, positive energy, and a refreshing experience in every cup. Whether you're blending fruits, greeting guests, or keeping the store sparkling, you're part of a team that spreads wellness and good vibes with every shift.

In this role, you will:

  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Take orders accurately and make smoothies, bowls, and juices to brand standards
  • Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized
  • Provide quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support team members during busy shifts and contribute to a fun, team-first atmosphere
  • Learn and live the Jamba mission of inspiring and simplifying healthy living

Pay Range: $17.13 per hour - $19.13 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
