BECOMING ONE OF OUR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
This position will earn a bi-weekly base salary based on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for commission based on a percentage of the net sales and gross margin. We will guarantee an annual commission for your first year which will be discussed during the hiring process. You will be provided great benefits such as medical and medical expense reimbursement plan, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance for employees and family members, a 401(k)-plan eligibility after 6 months of employment with company contribution, paid time off (PTO), floating holidays, 6 federal paid holidays, and gym membership reimbursement.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Experience with cold calling strategies and growing existing accounts.
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Direct sales experience in HVAC/R or a similar industry would be a bonus but not required. If you can meet the requirements and characteristics listed above, we need you on our team
