We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Agent
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring that every interaction reflects our company's commitment to excellence. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM experience is a plus).
