Wellspring Custom Pharmacy is a small business in Ontario, OH. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Help patients with their wellness needs including customized prescription medication, professional grade supplements, and testing in an honest and professional manner.

This open position is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00am to 5:30 pm until December 2023 then Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 5:30pm. It also includes some Saturdays from 9:00am to noon. This job requires mostly standing and walking.

Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- Provide information to callers, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Monitor and maintain inventory

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

-Ability to stand for long periods of time

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
