Job Summary:

Supports Georgia state agencies in implementing talent acquisition and performance management programs. Responsible for delivering training, data analysis, and technical expertise related to (Workday HRIS). The role requires a dynamic, data-driven, and technology-savvy professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual and in-person training on (Workday HRIS)
  • Train agency recruiters on talent acquisition best practices, hiring, internships, and Workday recruiting tools
  • Research and implement training best practices for continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Maintain and update training materials, exams, and course content
  • Conduct instructor-led training using system training environments
  • Support and administer HRA's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Respond to stakeholder requests and perform additional assigned duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience delivering training (in-person, virtual, online, multimedia)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Program and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Aptitude for learning and using HR technology and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of HR-related experience

OR

  • 1 year experience as HR Specialist 2 (or equivalent)
  • Equivalent combinations of education, experience, training, or certifications accepted

Required / Desired Experience

  • Workday Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent Management (Admin level) – Desired: 1 year
  • HRIS systems training experience – Desired: 1 year
  • Multi-modal training delivery – Required: 2 years

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour
