Reports to: Chief Operation Officer

We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the firm's marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Support attorneys in developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
  • Represent the firm at local events, industry functions, and community activities to expand brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop materials, campaigns, and digital presence that attract new clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results.
  • Research market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

  • Comfortable working closely with attorneys and staff in a professional services environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (professional services or legal industry preferred).
  • Proven success in building client pipelines and meeting growth targets.
