What You'll Do:

As our Sales Manager, you'll play a key leadership role by:

  • Inspiring, mentoring, and managing a driven sales team to reach and exceed performance goals
  • Creating and executing smart strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Building lasting customer relationships by ensuring every guest receives a top-tier experience
  • Keeping ahead of industry trends and Hyundai's evolving product lineup to guide and educate the team
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and positive energy every single day

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven success in automotive sales management—Hyundai experience is a plus
  • A strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a winning team
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • A results-driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
