We're Hiring: Compliance Analyst II – Trade Compliance Specialist

8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM |
Contract-to-Hire

$50/hr. W2

? Join our U.S. manufacturing site as a
Trade Compliance Specialist
and play a
key role in protecting our operations and driving supply chain excellence
.

What You'll Do:

Ensure all import/export activities follow
U.S. regulations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC)
and company policies.

Accurately classify goods with
HTS & ECCN codes
.

Prepare & review commercial documents for
timely customs clearance
.

Coordinate with
freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers
for seamless shipments.

Conduct
internal audits
and support risk mitigation strategies.

Optimize duties via FTAs, duty drawbacks, and other cost-saving programs.

Train and guide
cross-functional teams
to strengthen compliance culture.

Contribute to
process improvements
and automation in trade compliance.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field

3–5 years in trade compliance or import/export (manufacturing preferred)

Strong knowledge of U.S. trade regulations and customs processes

ERP/trade compliance software experience (SAP preferred)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Bonus: Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or CUSECO certified
