What You'll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive internal medicine care with an emphasis on women's health
  • Collaborate with peers to support midlife care, menopause management, and lifestyle medicine
  • Manage a panel of highly engaged patients seeking personalized, preventative care
  • Serve as a go-to expert in internal medicine, with integrated support from therapists, specialists, and care navigators
  • Educate patients on emerging research, care pathways, and longevity strategies
  • Contribute to select clinical trials, if desired, and assist with care coordination
  • Maintain detailed documentation and help optimize workflows as the practice continues to scale

What You'll Need

  • Physician:
    MD or DO, Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) in Internal Medicine
  • APP:
    NP or PA with strong background in women's health or internal medicine
  • Licensure:
    Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years in a primary care, internal med, or women's health-focused setting
  • Panel Building:
    Preference for candidates bringing an existing patient panel
