Job Description
The Vice President, Digital Marketing Experience is responsible for making the hardest working salesperson in the company. This is leadership role reporting to the CMO developing the strategy, design, function, and performance of , optimizing SEO, GEO and performance marketing. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced digital leader to take us forward to address the rapid changes in digital marketing driven by AI and zero-click searches. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for making a global site a company's most valuable asset. The position partners across the marketing team, working in concert with the VPs of product and industry marketing, ABM and Marketing Operations as well as Sales and business stakeholders to ensure input and collaboration.
This is a highly visible role having regular opportunities to present strategies and progress to the to the executive leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage our global digital agency as well as a team of marketing professionals in UX, GEO, SEO and SEM to plan, implement, and optimize strategy, development and maintenance of
- Create an ROI model to drive measurability of every action, every asset, every campaign to ensure the most effective investments
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business goals
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team, encouraging professional growth and development among team members
- Elevate, inform and recommend key strategic decisions to executive leadership bringing together internal and agency experts for monthly and quarterly performance and insights reviews.
- Create presentation material and conducts presentations during key meetings and seminars.
Skills Required
- Proven experience building and managing company websites for integrated demand generation
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and pipeline
- Experience working globally (NA, EMEA, APAC) especially with German market
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneous
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
- Growing experience in the rapidly ever-changing impact of AI on digital marketing
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Candidates with European / German experience given preference
Qualifications Required
- BA/BS Degree in marketing or related areas
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on digital and performance marketing within the SaaS industry
- Global marketing experience for markets outside of NA
Pay:
$196, $294, Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
