In PMG's
Graduate Leadership Program - AI Strategy, Solutions & Automation Track
, you'll help shape how marketing and media teams work in an increasingly automated world. You'll design automations, workflows, and lightweight apps that streamline how PMG teams plan, activate, and measure performance for some of the world's leading brands. You'll work at the intersection of business, marketing operations, large data, and technology - using tools like Zapier, N8n, Replit, and AI platforms to build smart, scalable solutions that simplify how we operate.

Your work will ultimately connect into
PMG's proprietary platform, Alli
- the technology that powers data, media, and automation for our clients. You'll learn how to build within its ecosystem while helping shape the next wave of tech-enabled efficiency across the company.

Program Highlights:

• Immersive Training: Jump into an intensive onboarding experience focused on strategic frameworks, client business challenges, and how AI and technology can enable our teams to drive measurable impact.
• Hands-On Experience Early On: You won't be sitting on the sidelines. From day one, you'll work on real business problems - collaborating with strategy, media, creative, and data teams to shape client success.
• Focus on Learning, Not Just Leading: While 'leadership' is in the program name, we prioritize deep learning first. You'll learn the ropes of client's businesses and tech-driven solutions before stepping up as a leader.
• AI Strategy, Solutions & Automation Track Focus: You'll gain exposure to how PMG teams operate to identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve internal workflows - building and testing prototypes using tools like Zapier, N8n, Make, Airtable, or Notion API. You'll collaborate with PMG's tech and business teams to refine and scale successful builds.

What We're Looking For:

• Academic Prowess: Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree between Spring 2025 to Fall 2025 in Business, Marketing, Communication, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
• Builders: You like solving problems by creating something that works
• Tech Saviness: You're naturally curious about how systems connect and data flows between them. You're Familiar with (or eager to learn) automation and low-code tools
• Problem Solvers: Able to translate complex business and marketing needs into simple, working prototypes
• Action-Oriented: Motivated by progress over perfection - you'd rather ship, learn and continuously iterate.
• Future Forward: Excited by how automation and AI are reshaping the macro landscape
• Hands-On: Excited by the idea of working in a small, hands-on team with real organizational impact
• Tools You Might Use: Zapier - N8n - Make - Airtable - Notion API - Retool - Replit - Cursor - OpenAI API - MCPs

Not Required, but a Plus:

• Brings a technical, process-driven approach to improving systems and workflows
• Applies Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methods to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
