In This Role, You Will

We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead and own Solvea's demand engine. You will design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate pipeline, drive awareness, and convert engagement into revenue. A major part of your role will be creating high-quality, conversion-focused content that moves prospects through the funnel across multiple channels. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategy, ensure ROI, and drive measurable growth.

This is an individual contributor role and reports directly to the VP of Marketing, North America.

You Will:

  • Believe that content is the greatest sales tool in the world today
  • Own the content strategy and quarterly planning for demand generation programs across all channels to achieve marketing sourced pipeline targets
  • Create and launch high-quality, conversion-driven campaigns across social media, email, webinars, events, website, and other digital platforms, including case studies, thought leadership, product explainers, and nurture sequences
  • Partner with Sales to build cohesive outbound and ABM strategies, aligning on target accounts and follow-up workflows
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data to drive ROI and pipeline growth
  • Be our HubSpot guru, running experiments and fine-tuning campaigns for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to amplify campaign reach and maintain brand consistency
  • Test, iterate, and innovate constantly, experimenting with new formats, messages, channels, campaign types, and content to discover what works best
  • Implement innovative marketing automation, personalization, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Track key metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution, using insights to continuously improve performance

Why You're a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS or startup environment with proven success across inbound and outbound marketing channels
  • You want to own and shape a full funnel demand generation content strategy in a fast moving startup
  • You thrive on creating high performing content that turns awareness into action
  • Deep understanding of multi channel campaign execution, segmentation, and attribution
  • Data driven mindset with hands on experience using HubSpot is a must, but the rest are nice to haves: Clay, Apollo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to move initiatives forward independently
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and passionate about building growth systems that scale
  • You enjoy working remotely and collaboratively across teams in various timezones, while moving fast and experimenting often
