About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Web Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts creative and technical—someone who can build and update websites, design compelling graphics, support brand-level marketing campaigns, and perform market research to help guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

  • Build new website pages and landing pages using WordPress or similar platforms
  • Update existing website content, layouts, plugins, and graphics
  • Ensure websites remain functional, responsive, and visually aligned with brand guidelines

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Create graphics, banners, and marketing materials for social media, email, ads, and presentations
  • Design branded digital assets for internal and external campaigns
  • Assist with copywriting, formatting content, and preparing marketing collateral

Marketing Support

  • Assist with campaign creation and execution
  • Help develop visuals and layouts for marketing funnels and sales materials
  • Support brand consistency across all platforms

Market Research

  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Provide summaries and recommendations to support business strategy
  • Gather data to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion performance

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or graphic design
  • Proficiency with WordPress, Wix, or similar website platforms
  • Strong skills with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Ability to design clean, modern marketing graphics
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience conducting online research and summarizing findings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with SEO or Google Analytics
  • Experience with paid advertising creatives
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Understanding of branding principles
  • Basic video editing
