Job Overview
We are small local business seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Growth Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sustainable business expansion. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with company goals, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility using keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives by creating compelling ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital ad networks.
- Oversee marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement through targeted email marketing and analytics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities for growth within B2B (business-to-business) markets and e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer needs.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including websites built on WordPress or HTML-based pages, social media posts, email newsletters, and print materials.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO techniques and tools to enhance online presence.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Experience with multichannel marketing strategies integrating digital advertising, content creation, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Proficiency in advertising sales tactics utilizing Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords for targeted campaigns.
- Skilled in digital marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Ability to develop compelling content through copywriting that resonates with diverse audiences across B2B markets.
- Familiarity with HTML coding basics for website updates or landing page modifications.
- Expertise in research methodologies to gather market intelligence and customer insights.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from analytics platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $75,000.00 per year
