We are a South Florida-based multi-service healthcare company with over 15 years of experience in concierge medicine, providing an extensive range of cost-effective medical solutions.

We are seeking licensed and compassionate physicians assistances (PA), medical doctors (MD), nurse practitioners (NP) to join our growing network and provide personalized care to international patients through home visits.

This is a flexible, non-full-time role ideal for professionals looking to expand their clinical practice with schedulable, patient-centered appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform house calls to international patients in Honolulu area as needed.

Coordinate care in collaboration with our medical and operational teams.

Ensure compassionate, culturally sensitive, and professional patient experience.

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Requirements

Must have a valid Hawaii state license.

All specialties are welcome (General Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, etc.).

Experience or comfort working with international or travel patients is a plus.

Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.

Ability to schedule visits as needed.

Reliable transportation for home visits (if applicable).
