If so, we want YOU to be a part of our robust marketing team ISG is a 100% employee-owned multi-disciplinary AEC firm, meaning you will be an employee owner right out the gate Our award-winning marketing team is seeking a capable and enthusiastic teammate who is ready to support the greater firm by executing engaging events and showcasing our firm's energetic culture and client-focused brand as an Events Lead.
As an Events Lead, you'll bring your communication, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills to life through the planning and execution of events of all sizes. From industry trade shows to internal workshops and milestone celebrations, this is a role where no two days are the same. You will be supported by a team of over 25 marketers who operate as an in-house agency to bring value to our firm and our clients.

You're a natural connector and detail-oriented planner who thrives in fast-paced environments. You love seeing an idea through from vision to execution and always have a backup plan.
You're also:
- A team player who collaborates well across departments and personalities
- An organizer who keeps details, assets, and timelines operational
- A strategic thinker who aligns event goals with broader brand and business objectives
- A project manager who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- A negotiator who stays calm and finds win-win solutions under pressure
- A researcher who reads the fine print (venue restrictions, A/V capabilities, etc.)
- A creative who elevates experiences with thoughtful, on-brand touches
WHAT YOU'LL PLAN + SUPPORT

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfort working cross-functionally and engaging with internal/external stakeholders
- A high level of attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Desire to continuously improve your professional skills and help facilitate ISG's growth

We've listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components.
