As a Security Officer - Logistics Access Point in Fairless Hills, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a busy logistics and distribution location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and manage entry points. You will engage with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with access-related inquiries and directions.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues.
• Document observations, incidents, and occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
