Key Objectives- Accurately input and update various types of data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain data integrity by verifying information and identifying discrepancies.
- Support team members by providing timely and organized data reports as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase data entry efficiency and accuracy.
- Enter data from various sources into designated databases with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.
- Update and maintain records, ensuring they are current and consistent.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assist with generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry progress and issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable learning new software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
