What You'll Do Day-To-Day- Supervise group performance to complete tasks safely within budget and on-schedule.
- Provide interpretation of technical requirements to ensure logistics support meets business demands.
- Represent group to internal and external customers regarding logistics functions.
- Approve time entry and expense reports.
- Establish group training requirements and ensure group qualifications to perform work.
- Function as a specialist by developing and applying advanced concepts to specific problems.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Expert knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes, including inventory management, warehousing, packaging, handling and transportation.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
