Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented full stack web developer to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions for our DoD client. This role provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that directly impact national security and contribute to the advancement of aerospace technology. 

This position requires a strong foundation in software development principles, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. 
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues. 
• Participate in and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, production deployment, testing, and maintenance. 
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices. 
• Support the implementation of software development best practices, including code documentation, configuration management, and version control.
   

Required Qualifications 

• U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Secret security clearance. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full stack web developer. 
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. 
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, ). 
• Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., , Python, Ruby). 
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. 
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, with experience in agile development workflows. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. 
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, delivering high-quality software solutions on time and on budget. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs).
