Compensation:
  • $25 to $60 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings
  • Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance.

Requirements:
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music 
  • Excellent ability to multitask. 
  • Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand. 
  • Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness. 
  • Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
  • Great cueing, ability to communicate. 
  • Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
