Now Hiring: Marketing Audience Specialist (Contract | Long-Term)

I'm partnering with a
financial services organization
to hire a
Marketing Audience Specialist
who lives in the data and knows how to turn audience insights into action.

This is a
long-term contract
role (renewing quarterly) supporting multiple lines of business. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing ops, analytics, email, and automation teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and manage
    audience segments
    using behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data
  • Partner with analytics to define criteria and pull data from an
    Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Execute hands-on audience builds (this is not a strategy-only role)
  • Support campaign targeting, personalization, and
    A/B testing
  • Maintain and troubleshoot audience data loads in marketing platforms
  • Document audience definitions, workflows, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

What they're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in
    audience segmentation, marketing operations, or digital marketing
  • Comfort working directly with data and pulling reports
  • Experience partnering with analytics and campaign teams
  • Background in
    regulated or data-sensitive industries
    is a plus
  • Chicago-based candidates (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
