Key Highlights:

About You:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • Active or eligible licensure in Ohio.
  • 5+ years of progressive veterinary experience, ideally with previous leadership exposure.
  • Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop veterinary professionals.
  • Skilled communicator with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Dedicated to advancing medical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
