Position is Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence St. Elias in Anchorage Alaska

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
  • Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire or California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • RN in state of practice upon hire.
