Job Title: Cleaner / Cleaning Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in assigned areas. This role is essential for ensuring a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
  • Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet tissues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible shifts available (morning, evening, or weekends, depending on client needs).
  • 1099 contract and contractor provides cleaning supplies.
  • Competitive hourly pay,
  • Work Environment:

This position involves cleaning residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces.
