I'm looking for a serious, experienced marketing and social media specialist to help grow my Amazon store, Etsy shop, Walmart (once verified), and website. This role is for someone who is not only skilled in e-commerce and social media but who also understands the mission-driven nature of what we do.

Our mission is to protect children and families from wireless radiation exposure.

I need someone who has an understanding of electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) because this work is more than marketing—it's about educating, informing, and helping people stay safe.

I will provide some of the social media posts and unedited videos.

Your job is to use that content strategically to drive traffic, conversions, and awareness, and to make recommendations on how to improve what I've sent, including editing, captions, messaging, hashtags, and potential collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

You must be able to achieve these goals:

  • Manage the person who will post on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
  • Optimize Amazon and Etsy listings
  • Update listings based on data and performance metrics
  • Create and manage paid campaigns
  • Social ads and Amazon PPC
  • Monitor performance and adjust for ROI
  • Identify opportunities to grow reach
  • Research relevant trends, hashtags, audiences, and communities
  • Suggest creative ways to increase awareness and conversions
  • Track and report results
  • Provide weekly reports (traffic, engagement, conversions)
  • Collaborate on campaigns and launches
  • Work on promotions, seasonal launches, and education-driven campaigns using my content

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Proven success with e-commerce marketing (Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart)
  • Strong understanding of social media growth and conversion strategy
  • Ability to work with the content I provide and turn it into effective marketing
  • Reliability, consistency, and strong communication
  • Alignment with the mission
  • Experience with Amazon PPC, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Basic design and video editing skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Seller Central, Etsy, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.)

Hours & Compensation

  • 8 hours per week
