Marine experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right person with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair marine engines and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and seasonal services
  • Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues
  • Inspect boats and identify additional service or safety concerns
  • Clearly document findings and recommended repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

Qualifications

  • Mechanical experience (marine, automotive, diesel, or similar)
  • Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, bend, and work in a shop/marina environment
