Regional Branch Manager - South

*This position is hybrid-remote and will require on-site work at all Velocity Branch locations and the North Austin, TX headquarters.*

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum of five (5) years in financial services with at least three years managing multiple branches or leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using standard office applications and office equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable branch growth, business development, and member experience.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build accountability and engagement.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

What you will do:

The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for a defined group of Velocity branches, directly managing Branch Managers and ensuring consistent execution of organizational priorities. This role drives branch growth, deepens member engagement, and sustains operational excellence while leading the shift from transactional service to relationship-based banking.

By developing strong leaders and fostering accountability, the Regional Manager builds high-performing teams that deliver measurable results in deposits, lending, member acquisition, and retention. They also champion community visibility, ensuring branches serve as trusted financial partners and active participants in their neighborhoods. As a culture carrier and brand ambassador, the Regional Manager ensures a consistent member experience across all locations, supporting Velocity's mission to provide exceptional financial services and drive sustainable growth.
