We're on the lookout for an IT Manager of Processing Systems

The IT Manager of Processing Systems serves as a technical and staff lead in IT. Assist in the management of staff and daily processes on projects in IT.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manages staff responsible for the below areas – ensuring they are completing their tasks successfully and on schedule:Client Launch master setup team – Responsible for setting up offers and record processing in Microsoft SQL for processing through Client Launch – our proprietary ERP system.
• Computer Operators – Responsible for processing batches of offer records – preparing for print, printing, and QA'ing output – as well as performing various computer tasks as defined by SOPs
• Integration team – Responsible for converting technical requirements into a technical SOW - Primarily for master setups.
• Administrative team – Responsible for assigning and tracking work orders, ensuring records and setup are moving through efficiently, developing timelines, and handling status questions/escalations for processing systems.
• Hires and coordinates training of staff for Client Launch Master Setup Team, Computer Operators, Integration Team, and Administrative Team.
• Prioritizes and assigns team members to IT projects.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Communicate expectations to IT staff, monitor, and coach staff on progress and expectations.
• Review weekly payroll information for IT employees and address issues as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the IT team; develops plans to implement these needs.
• Coordinates and supports team workload.
• Monitors assignments and responsibilities on new and existing projects.
• Maintains quality by enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to a team environment by continued communication with the leadership team and IT staff; provide leadership and cohesion within IT and other departments. Creates and attends regularly scheduled check in meetings with direct reports.
• Oversees escalations on work orders and resolution of problems.
• Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
• Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements as assigned.
• Remains current on advances in technology.
• Implements and oversees operational budget and expenditures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, positive in appearance and manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training.
• Ability to complete job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Education and Experience:

• 4 year degree in IT field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

• Ability to work in person in Grand Rapids, MN.
