RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and installation or residential plumbing systems
• Must be able to sell repairs and installations onsite
• Must be Kpi's for Conversion, Average Sale, Efficiency and Total Sales.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling
• Completes appointments in a timely manner
• Must be able to communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers
• Must be able to work independently without much supervision
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures; test joints and pipe systems for leaks, open clogged drains, measure, cut, thread, bend, ream and install pipe and pipe fittings
• Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience required
• Must have all required hand tools
• Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently
• Must have great attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
