Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – Local candidates only)

Duration: 5 months (tentative)

Overview:

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Learning & Development operations. This role manages the Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) platform, assists with instructional design, ensures course quality and accessibility, and provides user support for over 4,500 learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and maintain eLearning content (SCORM/xAPI, PDFs, videos) in ALM.
  • Enroll users, generate reports, and track course completions.
  • Support learners with course access and navigation issues.
  • Review and update content in Articulate Storyline and PowerPoint; ensure accessibility compliance.
  • Maintain project documentation and version control on SharePoint.
  • Conduct QA testing on courses, links, and virtual classroom integrations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in project/program coordination or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting an LMS (Adobe Learning Manager preferred) and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and QA processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
