Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning tasks.
  • Provide custodial services that include waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as necessary.
  • Support porter duties by ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming for guests and employees.

Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
  • Ability to maintain a clean environment while following health and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
