Recruit, develop, and empower a results-driven salesforce that delivers exceptional customer service, drives sustainable revenue growth, and represents Kerrigan Roofing with integrity and professionalism in both retail and storm restoration.
You will build and lead a team of 10+ sales reps while creating structure, accountability, and a culture of excellence.

What You'll Own (Deliverables)
Build & Grow Self-Generated Sales
Lead from the front in the field, run weekly blitzes, and increase activity and production.
Improve Retail Close Rates
Coach preparation, product knowledge, and communication skills to win more deals.
Increase Overall Revenue
Train, mentor, and structure your team for predictable, repeatable growth.
Deliver 5-Star Customer Experiences
Own the customer journey from first contact to final review.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent
- Manage 10+ reps across Columbus & Dayton markets
- Run trainings, ride-alongs, and field coaching
- Track KPIs, close rates, and pipeline metrics
- Lead weekly meetings, contests, and accountability
- Develop repeatable systems and structure
- Work both in the office and in the field
- Respond to storm events when needed
- Help scale the company into new markets

Required Experience
- 3+ years roofing, storm restoration
- Recruiting and managing sales teams
- Retail & insurance restoration knowledge
- Inspections, estimating, and customer education experience
- Ability to travel locally (50%)
