Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservation seating as a Host
  • Take and deliver food orders accurately as a Server or Food Runner
  • Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
  • Handle food and beverage service in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep tasks when needed
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and service stations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy hours

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food handling, restaurant procedures, and cleanliness standards
