Inside the Role

The position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining pricing models for all products in the US and Canada.

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive

  • Responsible for maintaining Digital Return on Risk-Adjusted Capital (DIRO) /Fleet and Dealer Pricing models

  • Monthly acquisition RoRAC (Return on Risk-Adjusted Capital) reporting, margin analysis, variance analysis and results to targets including commentary for executive reporting

  • Providing the BoM (Board for Management) file review and Controlling approval

  • Prepare monthly presentations for the DTFS Pricing Meetings

  • Support Sales & Marketing, Field District Finance Managers (DFMs) and Sr/Executive Management with pricing support related to the models

  • Annual update of pricing and OPEX assumptions

  • Provide pricing model troubleshooting and training

  • Special projects as required (e.g. pricing model upgrades)

 

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance-related activities. 
  • Financial Services experience required.
  • Knowledge of pricing concepts (RORAC, Net Interest Margin, Cost of Funds, etc.)
  • General understanding of financial services business model.
  • PC/Software skills: Microsoft Suite of products, data analysis, reporting (Financial Analysis Reporting / SAP) and visualization tools.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to collect data and establish facts, identify trends and variances; ability to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity.
  • Attention to detail, customer focus, planning and organizing, problem solving and analysis, teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong communication, presentation and data visualization skills.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have 

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances.
  • Ability to Review and interpret and evaluate statistical information.
