We're working with Cox Automotive on this exciting opportunity.

This role offers the chance to define the long-term analytics vision and AI transformation roadmap for Sales teams managing billions in revenue. You'll combine advanced analytics, machine learning, and strategic business acumen to establish Cox Automotive as a data-driven, AI-first sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Strategy & Analytics organization in data organization, strategic dashboard development, and AI/ML model deployment.
  • Contribute to the 3-5 year AI transformation roadmap for Sales, defining how AI and ML will reshape sales operations.
  • Lead development and refinement of the overall sales analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Create and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations providing actionable intelligence to leadership.
  • Provide thought leadership as Cox Automotive Sales develops world-class talent and AI-enabled processes.

What You'll Need

  • 12+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales strategy, or data science, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML transformation initiatives in commercial/sales organizations.
  • Expert-level proficiency with modern analytics tools and platforms including SQL, Python/R, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML techniques including predictive modeling, propensity scoring, and generative AI applications.
  • Excellent executive communication, business writing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into compelling business narratives.
